Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with their service center. I took my Jeep on 8/8 to get it serviced. I had to call multiple times for an update. It took 6 days to get a diagnosis and a week later to get it repaired, paid $1,000 for repair. After I got my truck back on my home on 8/22, my Jeep broke down again the same day for the same part (confirmed by AutoZone diagnosis). On top of this they returned it with 1/4 of a tank after I filled up the gas on 8/6 before I took it in. I had to take back to the shop on 8/25 so I can get charged another $215.00 because another part connected to the part replaced went out. However, my record shows my Jeep was used while at the shop through the mileage records (used over 300 miles), didn't fill up my tank as promised and my tire cover was damaged. They told me the Jeep was finished and I could take it home on 9/29 just so they can call me 6 days later on 9/4 to tell me there was a mistake and I owe them the $215.00. What? After all this trouble I went through with them, waiting 3 weeks for my Jeep to be completely fixed, struggling to take my kids to school they want to call to charge me? Never again will I take any of my vehicles there again. Please don't take your car there, they have a long wait, are very disorganized dealer, and lack in courtesy and customer service experience.

I had an issue with the infotainment system on my Wrangler, and the team was amazing. They ordered a new system for me, installed it quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly. Excellent service, friendly staff, thank you Isaac,and I really appreciate their professionalism. Highly recommend!

My experience was positive and memorable. I was greeted by Jose Garcia when we arrived to test drive a new 2025 Gladiator Rubicon. Jose helped me get the deal I was looking for and was a pleasure to work with. He also saved my ass when I left my keys in my trade in and guided me to the vehicle after hours. Bryant was very informative and easy to talk to about the accessories. We made the most of the funds allocated to additions I had wanted. The finance manager Kenny G is a delightful man to work with. He is personable, kind and made an effort to make us comfortable and helped us get the coverage we needed. My entire experience was a 10/10 I am extremely happy we didn’t settle for less. I’d recommend this dealership and the people i mentioned any day. Thank you for the experience, help and new vehicle. I truly appreciate you all.
