“All staff were great and very friendly. Unfortunately, I paid nearly $500 for a solution to my car's issue and it still doesn't work. Unable to afford more maintenance that may not work as well, I am forced to find a local mechanic.”

“Best experience with the service department. Dwayne understood my concerns and made sure that I was aware of all costs and answered all of my questions before proceeding with any service. Also, I love the vehicle inspection video feature where I could see the technician inspect my full vehicle and identify the issue. Of course vehicle services at dealerships are expensive but I am pleased with the results and my vehicle is running better than ever.”

“Every experience/ interaction, with each associate I have encountered, has been top notch. They are definitely for the customer. Customer service is across the board 5 stars. They are all very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! Not am I glad I found Chapman to buy from, but Ill continue to go back for any of my car needs. Thank you Chapman!!”

The tech videos and analysis are especially helpful, they make it easier to make informed decisions about the service i want to have completed. The service team is straightforward and provides plenty of information, which I really value. With coupons available (from Nissan) the services are always affordable.”

“The customer service guy I worked with, Dwayne, was awesome (as always) but the service was really bad. I came in for a routine oil & filter change and while checking everything else I was told I needed a boatload of other major repairs (sway bar link, brakes, transmission flush, etc) but the basic necessities weren’t done right or at all (power steering fluid was close to empty, anti-freeze was low, 3 tires were correctly inflated to ~42 PSI while the 4th tire was incorrectly at 50 PSI, check engine light was on but no test to identify the error code was done). I found this all out when I took my car elsewhere and they told me none of those things needed to be addressed at this time. Additionally, my front wiper blades needed to be replaced and the engine fuel filter should have been replaced because it was FILTHY. I lost A LOT of trust and respect for Chapman Nissan on this day”
