“Service center is a joke. No one answers phone calls. No one returns phone calls. Brandon Stokes is clueless. I drove there 3 times to check on van -- he told me twice it would be done later that day - Not true. Now they can't find my spare keys which they said they needed to check the vehicle. I have 20 vehicles in my fleet - none of them will ever go to Yark service centers for any work. I will never purchase a vehicle from Yark and I will recommend to all my business partners to do the same.”

“I bought a vehicle from an agent in Sept., Da'mon. He PROMISED to include tinted windows on my driver's and passenger side front windows to match the rest of the vehicle. Not only did I clarify this with Da'mon numerous times, but he even stated the exact same promise in front of my mother and husband. I've made various calls to him and one to his boss Dj/Aj (not all that important now). Both are now telling my family and I that nothing was ever told to us, that I'm trying to get something for free and Da'mon had never made such a promise, that I was lying and not one note of such thing has been made in my account. Interesting since my mother and I were sitting at Da'mons desk when he said he WAS notating my account of the promise of my tinted windows. He explained I'd have to take it somewhere off lot to have it done and indeed he'd set an appointment up for me to take my truck into to have it serviced. Unfortunately, I was unable to take it in on the scheduled day Da'mon made for me due to a new job (it's rather hard to be on disability and work part time as a caregiver but I do my best). I don't look for handouts, as I was told by Da'mons boss, I work hard for what little I have. I had to reschedule my window tint making several calls and text messages but Da'mon not once returned a call nor text after I drove off the lot the day of purchasing my new "used" vehicle. Funny because before I bought it, he must've known my number by heart as much as he called to see when I was returning to purchase the vehicle. Currently I am getting my calls and text messages from my carrier for principal sake. I am not a liar, YARK has no right to not stick to their promises and take care of business they way they should. Had I known they would be so arrogant, I would never had done business with them. I would think twice about telling anyone to do go over and do service with them after that. I won't even get started on what they did to my parents when they went to purchase a vehicle from them a couple days later (before all the chaos) and Da'mon lied about their credit....scared my 84 year old parents half to death!!!! I'm truly don't think they should be working with people's finances either if they don't know how to read a credit report correctly. Scaring seniors like Da'mon did was absurd. This information is factual and I stand by it 100%”
