“We had a great experience buying our new Palisade last weekend. Lana was incredibly helpful, super friendly, and very motivated to make sure we got what we were looking for. She was patient and willing to go the extra mile. Shawn in finance was very helpful, too. We never got a pushy salesman vibe from anyone. We would definitely buy a car from this dealership again.”

“I had a terrible experience unfortunately because of Lana Rankins She ended up putting me in a 2024 Mitsubishi. The car started misfiring and I was experiencing other issues as well. I immediately reached out to the sales lady & she told me to bring the car back immediately. She put me in a rental car for almost 4 weeks. I guess somebody traded a 2019 Kia Rio in to get another car so I had the Kia for about a week after a week of having it. The engine light came on and it started misfiring. I started experiencing like so many issues left and right I called the dealership and they tell me well Miss Nowak unfortunately it’s past 30 days. I didnt understand because I got the car at the end of July beginning of August. I got the Mitsubishi in the beginning of June. She lied on my paperwork and said that I bought the Kia when I bought the Mitsubishi in the beginning of June so my 30 days were well over and they were trying to charge me like $296 for diagnostic test which I didn’t understand because i was still
In my 30 days. I only had the car for a week, but the man was like I’m going by the paperwork that she put into the system so that was another red flag . Another mechanic he unfortunately told me that the issues that I’m experiencing is due to a faulty engine and a bad engine. He said there’s no way possible with me having a car for two weeks going on three that this should be happening. He told me to get a tuneup and get an oil change to try to help keep the engine up and go from there. I did all of those things. I’ve only had the car three months not even for fast forward to last weekend. I’m driving the car no issues. It starts ticking a knocking, and it loses power & completely broke down and it would not regain power I got it towed, and unfortunately, they told me the engine had blown. I was very upset and I felt defeated so I made a post on Facebook to let everybody know to keep their eyes open and to not do business with her Next thing you know I guess she sent some people to my page. They were threatening to kill me. She was giving them my personal information as far as my address and my place of employment. They’re making threats to beat me up, etc. anything you can imagine and I didn’t say anything disrespectful . so my grandmother reached out to her and was like this is unacceptable when you were in the wrong you’re not even trying to fix what you did. You’re just Tryna bully her to take the post now and that’s not right. I would never ever think a real dealership like Taylor Hyundai would allow somebody like this to do things like this. It’s unacceptable.”
