“I was extremely happy when I met sales rep Eric Kudas (my sales rep). He changed my perspective on this location and my experience with him was wonderful from start to finish . He was very approachable and genuine. Normal to talk to. Made me feel comfortable with every step.I wanted to test drive multiple vehicles and he assisted in my research for each one of them. When I finalized my decision on the vehicle i went there for originally, he worked with my demands and provided exceptional customer service. Once I stepped into the finance stage of the transaction, I was equally impressed with Candie Snyder their Finance Manager . No B.S. or tacking on additional fees or services and an absolute pleasure to talk with. My finance situation isnt cut and dry so her efforts to assist in saving me money were highly appreciated. Eric made sure my vehicle was freshly clean and gave me half a tank of gas ( so fresh and so clean clean ...) No two sales reps are alike so I am grateful to have found Eric and Candie . 🙏”

“I had an issue with my new truck that had caused damage from the tailgate folding down on its own when I was pulling my trailer (Warranty item). I took it to a closer dealership in Toledo first off central ave and they never responded back to me after the initial visit. I called and emailed etc. No response. Then I called Cronin GMC of Perrysburg and they got me in pretty much immediately. Diagnosed everything, gave me an idea of what was going on and told me to schedule. I was in about a week later and they had everything fixed AND hooked me up with a loaner and it only took them roughly a day and a half. I didn’t even purchase my truck from them. I bought it out of state months prior and their service department and the Wreck crew still knocked it out of the park. I’d recommend the. And will be going back here for any needs from now on.
