“I stopped in to schedule a service appointment for a check engine and throttle position light. I was lucky and they were able to get me in that day. Unfortunately I was already at work and driving my work vehicle. They said they could go get it. They went to my workplace to pick up the vehicle, fixed it, and returned it same day. Very grateful for the good customer service.”

“Avoid the McClurg at all costs necessary. Went in for warranty work and to have rain guards and running boards installed and they had my truck for almost twelve days. They went through three sets of rain guards because they couldn't install them right damaging the seal on my window in the process then told me there was no way the damage was from them. They offered to wash the truck and ended up causing scratches and swirl marks all over.. After leaving McClurg my truck was pulling to the right heavily so I turned around to show them. I was told I could schedule an appointment to look at it. The truck just needed an alignment after the work that was done and they couldn't even admit that or do that. I went elsewhere for the fixes and will never return. They don't stand behind their work and wouldn't fix any mistakes I would've given zero stars if I could've.”

Huge thank you to the parts department for getting it to me within a week, when everything in Canada was back ordered 3 to 4 weeks! $10 bolt or $100,000 hellcat!
