“It is absolutely unbelievable that a Chevrolet dealership would refuse to even look at a 2022 Silverado that is still under full warranty. I called simply to schedule service for a check engine light, and instead of helping, I was told they would not even allow me to bring the truck in based on its history. That is completely unacceptable. This is your make, your model, yet you are refusing to even diagnose the problem. It makes absolutely no sense and shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer support. I trusted Chevrolet when I bought this truck, and now I can’t even get warranty service when something goes wrong.”
