My name is tyal, I came in with my partner due to my low English , he helped with bringing me to this dealership to find my first car purchase. We were finishing the deal with Omar , Kyle, and Tim. At first they were nice to make the sale. We finished the sale. I gave them a check and went home. Next day I get a call saying we have to bring another check because the first won’t work since it’s a temporary check. I sure went and got a cashiers check like requested. I ask for my other check back they said don’t worry we will shred it up and only use the cashiers check. Next day I wake up and my rent check bounced because Peoria Toyota on Allen road still continued and deposited BOTH checks. We went to dealership to talk to manger there but it was a disaster! I believe His name is lesli, he didn’t like that the customers were hearing what had happened and kept getting in front of our faces demanding us to stop speaking. He was angry at us for a huge mistake they made not us! He then kicked us out of the building and told us to leave and they still had the car and the keys. We then called the police to obtain a police report because the fraud and discrimination that we felt we experienced. He was being aggressive and very mean ! I asked them to just cancel the purchase since it had only been less than 48 hours since sale, they refused and didn’t want to communicate. Shame on this dealership and treatment they give after a deal is sealed. I’ve never felt this way ever about any purchase at any business. I truly hope the customers that were seeing the scene can learn to make sure your going to a place of respect . And yes they have not gave us a refund or anything. They said till next week which is fine but now we are not allowed there so I will now have to ask police to get my check back. Omar, Kyle you have made this sale a horrible mistake. I turkey hope this dealership finds a new manager with more skills of being a real professional manager. You don’t ever tell a buying customer to leave your building unless they have caused trouble, not for simply coming to get a mistake fixed. We’ve been in business 25 years and we have never experienced this. A customer should always be happy after leaving a business.

The people that work here are great. I bought my Scion xB in 2011 from this Toyota dealership. It was always spic and span clean. The service department floor was so well mopped and vacuumed, you really felt your vehicle was in a very exclusive dealership. I was shocked at how dirty this dealership is. Its under new ownership and apparently they have no respect for their business. I want to give Larry Wright a big Thank You. You are the reason I still take my car here for repairs. Your professional attitude has always been to make sure the customer is satisfied with the service.

It has been almost a year since I purchased my used vehicle at Peoria Toyota and could not have asked for a better experience! I worked with Joe Ziegler who was extremely helpful in finding a quality vehicle within my budget. Though there were three cars in the mix, Joe's advise and expertise drove me to pick the used Toyota Corolla. He took the time to answer any questions I had and assisted in negotiating price. He even helped me with scheduling a service fix on a broken part I noticed a few days after purchasing. This vehicle has been fantastic and I tell anyone I speak to in the car market to meet with Joe. Highly recommend!

My salesman, Joe Z, was so knowledgeable about Toyotas, which helped me know that I made the right choice in a car. He was also personable and answered any questions I had in a timely manner, which sometimes can be hard to find at dealerships. The process here was made so simple and easy (which was great especially because this was my first car I bought myself). They went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect! I absolutely love my new car and definitely made a great choice!!

We worked with Bob as our salesman, and he was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the Chevy Bolt we ended up buying. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the process easy and enjoyable. Bob also did a great job working with George to get us the best price possible. We really appreciate their teamwork and excellent customer service!
