“my experience with Lexus of Peoria was absolutely wonderful. My sales person was Michelle Howell,. She Was the best she was not pushy at all she listened to what I was looking at and she told me everything about the vehicle. She took a video of the vehicle because I was so far away from Peoria that she wanted me to see everything about the vehicle and know everything about the vehicle. I will tell everybody about her because she was great when I got to Lexus of Peoria everyone there was so nice and very polite. It was just a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. Even the negotiation was great. I am so very happy and pleased with the entire service that I received.”

“My wife and I drove from St. Louis to Peoria to purchase our 2018 Honda CRV from Lexus of Peoria. We felt we were treated the same for buying our used Honda as if we were buying a new Lexus. The dealership is beautiful. Everyone was friendly. Rosa, our saleswoman, was friendly and not pushy from the beginning. She seemed genuinely happy to help us. It was a positive experience. I would make the 3 hour drive again. I would ask for Rosa again!”

“I reached out to Lexus of Peoria in pursuit of a "Christmas miracle" just days before the holiday. Although I had previously reserved a vehicle elsewhere, my family’s needs had become more urgent, and I needed a solution faster than the original dealership could provide.
Upon contacting Lexus of Peoria, I was pleased to find the exact model available. Our sales consultant, Jake Smith, was exceptional; he maintained a zero-pressure environment and was instrumental in securing the deal. He addressed every inquiry thoroughly, and we quickly reached a fair, transparent agreement.
As a woman navigating a vehicle negotiation, I was particularly impressed by the level of professionalism and equity I experienced. At no point did I feel patronized or pressured; instead, I felt entirely respected. Dave in the finance department further solidified this experience by being incredibly attentive and respectful of our specific financial needs.
