I live in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area and always shop the internet when purchasing vehicles. I’ve purchased my last 4 from Chicago dealerships. My latest vehicle was just purchased from Bob Lindsey Acura. What honest professionals! The staff was 2nd to none going above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. Tim, Conrad and Justin can always get my business!!

Love the car, the purchase process was very quick and easy. Brady and Conrad were great, and the support/maintenance services Acura offers seem top tier. I’ll definitely consider buying here again! update: had my first service, which included oil change and tire rotation- it was excellent and I was in and out quickly. The wash was good too!

I took my tlx in for a few recalls, they were also able to diagnose a check engine light that came on last week. The service advisor Julia was very nice over the phone, letting me know that they would need to order parts before the work could be done, she called me within days to let me know parts were in and schedule a time to drop my car off. She called me and let me know what part was causing my check engine light and cost of repairs in a very timely manner (warranty would not cover due to deductible, but she even explained to me why and helped me feel confident in the diagnosis) the other advisor (i cant remeber his name) helped me with making my payment and picking up my vehicle. They even washed my car!! 10/10 would recomend and will definatly be returning for maintenance and future repairs. Thankyou to the entire service department for making my first experience with needing repairs and recalls done so easy and hassle free. Attached picture of how nice my vehicle looked after the wash and repairs were completed!

My experience at Bob Lindsay Acura was excellent! The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Our salesman was Ben Shafer, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us the car and the key features, without the high pressure sales talk that we all dislike. He was one of the best salesmen that I have worked with when purchasing a car. I'd also like to thank the service department. I had what I considered an odd request. The car we purchased did not have a heated steering wheel, which happened to be available in the parts department. Since we lived two hours away, the service staff stayed during their lunch hour to install the steering wheel. This allowed us to complete the purchase and take delivery on that day instead of making a second trip to Peoria. This was very much appreciated. I have high confidence that we will have a pleasant relationship during our ownership of the car. Thank you to the staff at Bob Acura. DN

We were looking for a new vehicle. I have never owned an Acura. We stopped by Acura to just “look”. I always despised trying to “deal” with a dealership when actually trying to purchase a new auto. Tim, our salesperson, was the best I’ve ever dealt with in my life. He was so helpful and no pressure. I highly recommend Bob Lindsay Acura. Love my new 2025 RDX.
