“Purchased my Santa Fe last week and I am loving this car! The sales team was kind and knowledgeable in showing my husband and I all the technology within the car and even the hidden storage areas. The only part that I didn’t enjoy was the waiting . . waiting and waiting for who knows what. First we were waiting on sales manager, then we were waiting on finance manager. “We had a 2020 Elantra that we bought from another dealership but always had it serviced here since it is close to our house. Unfortunately only having one car (sedan), our needs were not completely met, so we started looking into SUVs that offer more room and cargo space. We were shopping multiple car brands but decidedly went back to our local Larry H Miller Hyundai dealer. It was there we were greeted by Jake who answered a few questions and said "take your time and if you have any questions, come see me" We did go back to him and ended up test driving a Tucson and liked it but was kind of thinking about a hybrid. So we test drove a hybrid and liked that even better. We liked the exterior color but they unfortunately did not have the interior color we wanted, so Jake was off to find one that did. Long story short, it took a few days but Jake was able to get a Tucson with the same exterior color but the interior color we wanted from another dealer that filled all of our wants and needs! The day the Tucson came in, Jake was busy with another customer purchase, so Christian stepped in and took over this new test drive and then to explain all the vehicles functions. Christian is one of Jakes team mates and it really showed in his attention to being knowledgeable and so very helpful. Jake was always friendly, great to deal and talk with, as was Christian all thru the buying and contract process. They were definitely two very similar, very helpful and friendly people, almost like they were twins or brothers. Finance process was pretty quick too. We financed to get all the Hyundai discounts that were offered. They were trying to get this all completed in a timely manner so we could go to an appointment that day.
