“Such a professional and wonderful experience at Sandy Sansing BMW! Our salesman, Chris, definitely gets 5 stars of his own. He was incredibly patient, never pressured us, and was so kind and respectful throughout the entire process. Every single question we had was answered thoroughly, and he truly made everything easy and stress-free.
They made the whole experience feel so special—my husband surprised me with my very first brand new BMW X1 M35, and they even had it waiting with a big red bow! Chris and the team helped us take photos with the car and our girls, who were beyond excited. Those little touches meant so much to us.
Chris has continued to follow up with us just to check in, which speaks volumes about his character and customer care. He will absolutely be our go-to salesman from here on out!
Also—don’t miss their complimentary refreshment bar with cappuccino, lattes, bottled water, and snacks. Such a nice added touch.

The only issue we encountered was that, before leaving the dealership where the car was purchased, we noticed a problem with the vehicle’s screen. We immediately reported this to Gary, who assured us he would return today, Friday, to resolve the matter. We truly appreciate his support and commitment.”
