“Okkkk so I was in a deep state of panic a few days ago. I had a 2023 Kia Sportage. I had never missed a payment in the 3 years I had her. After a bitter divorce, I was struggling to make my car note. I said, what the hell, let me see if i can trade her in and downsize and get something more affordable. Not only did I get a lower payment, I walked out with a brand new 2026 Kia K4. Dominique was absolutely amazing. I love my new ride! This was an incredible experience. They paid off the sportage and gave me a little extra, too. Plus 45 days of no car payment. This decision changed my life. I almost burst into tears of gratitude when I "rang the bell" !!! “I had a pleasant, easy experience at Kia Pensacola. I knew exactly what I wanted going in so I did not have to deal with any pushy sales tactics. I was there for a little over two hours and the longest part was getting my car insurance sorted out. Amber and Weston were personable and made the process easy. I also appreciate that Kia donates to a PSC scholarship. I felt a little rushed to sign once I was approved without being informed about loan terms and was only offered $250 for a trade in. Definitely look into other options if you have a trade in unless you just prefer the ease of trading in over having more to put towards your new car (I think this applies to all dealerships, not just Kia). I bought a used car and it is so CLEAN, looks almost brand new, and has new tires. They seem to be thorough about getting trade ins ready for resale. I got the basic (warranty?) package that includes maintenance, repairs, and gap coverage for the next few years and I think that's a pretty generous time frame to ensure that a used car purchase holds up well. Overall, I had a good experience. The staff is friendly and I feel confident in being part of the Kia family.”
