“I recently took a friend to buy a Toyota Avalon from Allen Turner Genesis. We saw a car online, called and spoke to Luca, discussed pricing, and came in for a drive. The overall experience was not what I expected from a car dealership. I was expecting tricks, dragged out negotiating, all the things I’ve dealt with from other dealers. It was totally different, certainly the most enjoyable car dealership experience that I’ve ever had. Luca just seemed like a very genuine, honest guy. It didn’t feel like the usual dogfight, more like talking to a friend who really wanted us to get us a good car at a good price. Later we worked with Caleb, and we had a similar experience. Another very genuine, honest guy, who just didn’t seem like he was playing games. Caleb was just helping us through the process, negotiating a good price, sharing helpful insights. I had a chance to chat with Maureen in finance, and she was fun to talk to. I believe the Manager was Haley, and she came and helped us with a very annoying Geico telephone AI to help us secure insurance. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. I didn’t get to meet Allen Turner, but I get the sense that the associates enjoy working for him. They seemed at ease, and their attitudes put me at ease. I’ve never written a review for a dealership before, but these folks stood out as special.”

THANK you, Chance May, for being the one who made it so pleasant, informative, (dare I say it?) even relaxed. Thank you for fielding my husband's technical questions. My husband walked in with one set of ideas and expectations for a vehicle and, by working with Chance, realized that there was another Genesis which even better suited his goals and aesthetics. I'm looking forward to driving this classy car, too! When purchasing a vehicle which is essentially a computer on wheels, you want to seriously consider the customer service aspect of the car purchase! Chance was absolutely super in getting us set up on the day of purchase, and he's been graciously available for post sale consultation.. What a lovely space, too, for a dealership! We really like the Asian vibe and relaxing space. I can easily envision sitting at one of the comfortably lit work areas, sipping a complementary coffee, working on a project while waiting for a car service. Soaking up the glory of the red Lamborghini in the showroom didn't hurt, either. My engineer husband was very impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the service department. “Allen Turner exceeded my expectations in both pricing honesty and salesmanship. I found the vehicle online at a reasonable price but after clicking the instant price button it drop to a really great price. After verifying with the salesperson, I was informed it was a mistake but they would honor it. Wow! Caleb, my salesman, was very professional, non-aggressive, and personable. He ensured that the whole process was completed stress free and efficiently. He even followed up the next week to ensure I was still happy. Thanks Caleb!”

Her friendliness, professionalism, and easy-going nature made for a remarkable overall sales experience. She demonstrated an extensive knowledge of the vehicles and their individual attributes. She patiently provided a detailed orientation of our chosen vehicle, which added to our comfort and confidence in its operation. It must also be noted that the entire staff; Haley, Sales Manager; Bryan, Service Manager; and Maureen from Finance, added to the 5 star experience. They all took the time to introduce themselves and welcomed us to the dealership. The dealership is also beautifully designed and decorated. It is a comfortable place to conduct business.
