“I had just left a car dealership where I was treated disrespectfully because I am a female. I was told I needed to wait for my husband to arrive as he dropped me off to run an errand. I had been lied to time after time all day. I was talked to like a complete idiot. I was being pushed into a car I did not like with financing I could not afford. I found a car advertised online at Subaru Pembroke Pines I called them and was told the car was available. The car was exactly as described. It was in excellent condition. I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect by Luis Pagan, Product Specialist . He listened to me and spoke directly to me about what I could afford, as I was the person buying the vehicle, not my husband. I really appreciate his knowledge and for listening to me and for being flexible. Jamie Gatitan, Finance Director Customer Relations was incredible kind, patient and knowledgeable. He treated me very respectfully. I definitely recommend this dealership. I was in and out in less than two hours.”

“*** Take the time to read and make the dealer follow through.*** I've had my car for over two months now, and truly love the vehicle itself. Unfortunately, the car-buying experience was extremely disappointing, which is why it took me some time to write this review. I visited Subaru of Pembroke Pines after seeing a Black Friday advertisement that listed several incentives, including a trade-in bonus, maintenance included, 90 days with no payments, a gift card, and a promotional interest rate on a 2025 vehicle. I specifically discussed these offers during negotiations and was assured they would be included. Once I moved to the finance department, nearly all of the advertised offers changed. I was told the interest rate, maintenance, and no-payment period only applied to top-tier credit, despite this not being disclosed anywhere in the advertisement. Maintenance included was reduced to only two services, and the financing terms changed, requiring a longer loan than what I had already agreed to in order to stay within my budget. All of this was presented on a screen with no printed documents, making it difficult to properly review. After hours of negotiating, I purchased the car. I love the vehicle, but the dealership’s practices are unacceptable, and I would not recommend them to others. I was promised incentives and follow-ups, including a gift card and a full tank of gas, but they were not honored without repeated calls and effort, and management did not follow up on my complaints. Subaru makes a great car, but this dealership relies on misleading advertisements and pressure tactics, assuming customers will proceed after investing several hours. I would not recommend Subaru of Pembroke Pines.”
