I went to the dealership to deal with a common issue on the 3.0t engine and when going in I knew it would be costly to have them perform the job but I did not think that they would do such shotty work. I got my car service for a new pcv valve less than a year ago. Since then ive learned quite a bit about this job and noticed they skipped a major step and also didnt not tighten important screws that hold the engine from underneath. Needless to say in less that a year the pcv valve is malfunctioning again all because they choose to make a fast repair instead of taking an extrau 30 mins to replace hoses which caused the same fault and issue to return and coolant is once again burning and oil leaking. Dont ever drop your car off here unless you want to waste money. They dont care enough to fix anything correctly. They responded saying there is no Luis Chavez in their system except me since my timeline was slightly off. In my mind its been 10 months or so since the job but according their system its been 13 months. I am that one and the same Luis they mention and being slightly off about the timeline does not negate the fact that they did a job they quoted 10 or more hours on in less than that and did so with little care to the tune of 5,000. Customer service representatives are great at this location but clearly the mechanics and the way they operate the back end is sloppy. Nothing to see here but another dealership trying to cover up. I also never spoke to the person responding to my comment on behalf of the business. My receipts are still here in draw too so I dont really care if they think im lying.

I recently helped my mother buy an Audi here and we had a very positive experience. She is on the elderly side and was anxious about the car buying process, but Mike Doherty went above and beyond. Mike and the team made sure that every detail was taken care of with the vehicle. He took her on four test drives to familiarize her with all the nuances of the car and promptly answered all of our questions. We are very happy with the vehicle so far and highly recommend Audi Peabody, and Michael Doherty in particular.

Took me in right away, I didn’t have to wait for a service advisor to come to a desk. The car was done earlier than the initial time given me. That was happy experience. The car was immaculate. The service advisor was helpful and professional. I would call him again.

Always the best service...polite and friendly employees are always checking to make sure you are taken care and comfortable. The greatest team of people in any dealership i have ever gone too! I always feel like I have gotten the best, honest service , and never taken advantage of recommendations. Truly amazing service... thanks to the entire team 🙏

I worked with Jason Biskey to get my first car and he made it a very easy and un-stressful experience! He was flexible (let me do a lot of test driving), answered all of my many questions, and was super responsive over text as well as the registration and insurance were getting figured out. He knows the process very well and made it seamless for me. The car only had one key and he was able to track down a second, and he resolved all of my questions before I signed on the dotted line. I had a great experience here buying a used car (my first car) and Jason made it easy. Highly recommend asking for him!
