“I had another great experience with Baron Honda! When I first leased back in 2018 I had the pleasure of meeting a very nice, kind man Bobby Brodeur, who sadly has since passed away. I will never forget the night I walked into the show room, it was a late Rainy night and he was the only one who came up to me and asked how he could help, he was probably tired and ready to get home but he took the time to ask me what I needed and wanted in a lease.This is my 3rd time leasing there. I love my Honda HRV, thank you Thaddeus for also taking the time to talk with me about a new lease! The new color is beautiful and different. “Our experience with the sales department as good. I am leaving this review after our experience with the service department. I usually do my own maintenance but they were running specials that made it basically the same cost for them to do it, so I gave them a shot. Well, jokes on me. Not only did they strip multiple items, they also broke and did not replace multiple clips. What normally is a 1 hour oil change/tire rotation at home, turned into a 3 hour ordeal to deal with the issues that rose from obvious incompetence. Id suggest NOT using this service department for your honda needs. Any future warranty work or car purchasing will be done elsewhere.”
