“Our experience with the sales department as good. I am leaving this review after our experience with the service department. I usually do my own maintenance but they were running specials that made it basically the same cost for them to do it, so I gave them a shot. Well, jokes on me. Not only did they strip multiple items, they also broke and did not replace multiple clips. What normally is a 1 hour oil change/tire rotation at home, turned into a 3 hour ordeal to deal with the issues that rose from obvious incompetence. Id suggest NOT using this service department for your honda needs. Any future warranty work or car purchasing will be done elsewhere.”

“Im going to give them a chance to redeem themselves tomorrow after wasting 12 hrs of my time. It was a done deal. Approved, insurance, plates, signed contracts and 4k deposit. The financial specialist already explained how he was going to get me a higher interest rate, tack on 10k. I was just letting him because I really wanted to go home and sleep. I needed a car and didn't care about getting abused. He actually said he didn't like my attitude because I told him I just wanted to go home and didn't care about technical stuff. Sign and leave is all i wanted. I thought we were done and he started re questioning my employment, financial stuff, past loans, and more? He was interrogating me? All the info I've already given. As if he was looking for discrepancies. Well I said I didn't know the answer to who financed my wife's car in 22 and I should have said none of the above. I even called her. Cab ride home and no truck! Embarrassed, pissed, disappointed! Never go there. Don't anyone go there. I even tipped the sales guy 50 bucks. Hes a great salesman who didn't see this coming. Thaddeus Brewer was his name. Good guy. Financial specialist was a egotistical child! ***** I need to apologize to the staff at Baron Honda. I wrongly acused them of sabotaging my car deal. I was exhausted and didn't listen well. We all had to reset and work everything out. It takes a good training program to teach staff to overcome a angry person. They all acted in the best interest of their dealership and more importantly my interests. They are delivering my truck as we speak. 90 miles! I couldn't be happier with the outcome and my purchase. Everyone needs to understand human emotions and they definitely have a grip on people. Please don't hesitate to shop there. And side note....they called me this morning to make everything right.”
