My only complaint in the whole process was the product specialist who handed the car off to me. Not only was he unable to solve a very simple problem (that Ibeth took care of in less than 20 seconds the next day), but he also threw her under the bus. My 2025 Volvo XC60 and I will be back in for service! I hope the post-purchase maintenance/service will be as good as the purchasing.
