I truly think Audi Pasadena’s sales people are allergic to selling us cars. 8 years ago, I left a what is about to be very similar review for Rusnak Audi having walked out after being completely ignored and purchasing a Mercedes C65 at a different dealer the same day. Today, we were treated dismissively by two different sales people as soon as I mentioned we were thinking about ordering a Q8. The first, George, asked why we don’t just buy one that’s available. Audi Pasadena has 2 Premiums in their possession, not even a Prestige for us to look at, that’s why… not that we could look at the Premium either since no one would help us test drive the car. After barely feigning some interest in answering my question about custom colors, he left to go chat with other employees(?) in the side office even though we had asked for a test drive. The second salesperson was an older Asian gentleman who seemed interested in helping us until he asked what our intention was and in an attempt to be honest, I again said we were thinking of ordering a Q8 Prestige with specific options. Tone immediately changed and at first, he suggested we go look at a Q7 in the lot?! Q7 and Q8 is not the same car if y’all didn’t know that. He then told us to go back inside to find someone to help us because he was busy with a client, which is fair since we didn’t have an appointment with him. I told him no one inside seemed interested in helping though. Inside of going inside, we got back in our car, looked up Q8 inventory online, called Audi Beverly Hills, set up a same day appointment, and came home with a fully loaded SQ8. We went to BH with the same intention of ordering a specific Q8 but with just a little bit of effort, our super friendly sales guy helped us decide on an S instead. He took the time to ask what specifically we wanted from a special order and presented options. We live in Pasadena and have been servicing our 2021 RS5 for the past 4 years at Rusnak, including a 2k+ windshield change and 7k water pump/brake job this past year alone. Service is extremely hit and miss and sometimes the reps will legit ghost for a couple days but we kept going. However, today was the last time we choose convenience over a good experience at Audi Pasadena.

Sale person George was great. Very intelligent and focused on the customer. No sales tactics or BS. Very polite and up front. Best purchase experience I've ever had. Ask for George you won't be disappointed, I promise.

Adena at Ruznak Pasadena Audi was the reason I bought my car. Not pushy. Easy. Informative. Calm and so professional if not comforting. I love Audi’s but she made this whole experience a thousand times better.

Back again at Audi Pasadena, and this time Taylor talked me into upgrading to the new 2025 Audi Q6. Honestly, after driving a Q4 for two years, I was close to giving up on Audi since that model didn’t impress me much. But the deal they offered was too good to pass up — so here I am. I have to say, this dealership is top-notch. Taylor made the whole process seamless. All I had to do was drop off my old car, sign the paperwork, and I was out with my new ride in under an hour! If you’re thinking about getting an Audi, definitely hit up the team here. They’ll take care of you and make the process as smooth as possible.

If you are thinking of purchase a vehicle there, LOOK FOR JOSEPH! I bought my RS3 there at Pasadena Audi, Joseph was the best sales I have ever met! Even on his day off he would come to complete my deal, very gentle, patient and he really does think and stand in your shoes to help out. VERY NICE PERSON!!! GO FIND JOSEPH FOR YOUR DEAL!
