“Ken Ganley dealerships have a great reputation, but I am still the type to question and maybe even overthink the car buying process, especially when it comes to a used vehicle. I have to say though that my fears were alleviated after I sat down with Fernando. He is an all around great guy and walked me through the entire process providing me with all the information and assurances I needed along the way. I couldn’t be happier with my C-max and the entire experience. Ask for Fernando when you get there. He is an excellent representative and I promise you won’t be disappointed for having chosen Ken Ganley.”

“I do not like complaining / I have not written a negative review of a business before, but I have to be honest about the service I received here recently. I brought my truck in for a broken sunroof and bad vibration at highway speeds. I dropped my truck off, and did not hear anything back for at least two weeks. I called in, apparently there were parts on order, but I had no idea what was going on, I never received an update. Cut to 4 weeks without my truck and having to constantly follow up because I was not receiving regular updates. Thankfully, the work was warrantied from the 5k ford service plan I purchased that had yet to pay off at all until this point. This made me ponder, was I put on the back burner so long because this work was not out of pocket? It's a good thing that I have a second car, they never offered me a loaner or even an ETA of when the work was going to be done. You think this would be the end, but WAIT, there's more! The day I was scheduled to pick my truck up, apparently there was a small crack in the windshield that I had never heard of before. They put the truck through the wash, and whilst left in the sun, it spidered into a much larger windshield crack. Instead of just doing the right thing of replacing the windshield, they blamed it on chance, and gave me dealer price to replace the windshield... GEE THANKS! So, in short, I received my truck back after going on 5 weeks, with a new paid for by me windshield for 500 dollars, and a 'fixed' suspension, with the remaining vibration being due to the tires, so they suggested I should go get them balanced. You think they'd want to maybe help with that, seeing as they are a Ford servicer. Nope. Cool, awesome, thanks again. The vibration at highway speeds is worse than when I brought it in. Icing on the cake, they gave me my truck back with less than a quarter tank of gas, you think the least they could have done after all of this is fill my tank up, but I guess not. I will not being bringing any of my vehicles back here again, I will not be buying my next vehicle at this dealership, and I will for sure point anyone I know elsewhere as well.”
