“Ken Ganley dealerships have a great reputation, but I am still the type to question and maybe even overthink the car buying process, especially when it comes to a used vehicle. I have to say though that my fears were alleviated after I sat down with Fernando. He is an all around great guy and walked me through the entire process providing me with all the information and assurances I needed along the way. I couldn’t be happier with my C-max and the entire experience.
Ask for Fernando when you get there. He is an excellent representative and I promise you won’t be disappointed for having chosen Ken Ganley.”

“Avoid Ganley Ford in Parma at all costs. You might actually get assaulted!
Several weeks ago under the advice of my mechanic, I took my Ford Transit to Ganley Ford of Parma (Ridge Rd.) because of an exhaust issue and check engine light. The first time I brought the vehicle in, they held it for 4 days to run diagnostics and tell me what the potential issues were. At no point were there any specific issues brought to my attention to let me know what work exactly needed to be done. They did say they’d have to order the parts, however, and also take a $250 deposit which covered the cost of a diesel oil change.
About a week later, Dave called and said parts were in, and we scheduled a day to bring it in again. The next day I received a text alert that said “CONVERTER THREADS COMING APART”, and later that I could be looking at $4,600 worth of work. Under their advice, I personally appeared to inquire about more details.
The mechanic stepped out of the shop to show me a part he removed from the catalytic converter (vaporizer fuel injector), visibly broken and de-threaded. He told me that the threads were stripped in the catalytic converter and I’d need a new one. At that point, Dave advised me that everything would now total $7,200 to fix. Of course I laughed knowing I could have the work done much cheaper somewhere else, and that I wanted my keys back. He then told me I owed $1,286 for the oil change and parts. I then asked to speak with his manager because no work was authorized to be done aside from the oil change.
The service manager stepped out of his office, threw the keys at me and asked me to leave and not come back. After I got home, I checked to see what was done to the vehicle, and a new vaporizer was actually installed in the EXISTING catalytic converter. But I thought I need a new one? (Ha)
Needless to say that the dishonesty and lack of integrity with the experience is shameful. Ford should be nothing short of embarrassed for trusting this dealership with their reputation.”

“My recent car buying experience was quite enjoyable. Mark, Nick & Dan collaborated to help get the deal done to my satisfaction. I felt no pressure and was treated with kindness and respect throughout the process. I will definitely buy another car from them and recommend others do the same!”
