“I always used this dealership for my Audi Q-7 for service and Recall. This time I took it for a recall service. I was checked in by the rep name Kylan A. Very polite with good customer service skills. He called me the next day and told me that my vehicle is ready for pick up. I went to pick up my vehicle the next day. I went inside the dealership and went to front counter without anyone greeting me. I asked an employee name CARSON, who seems to be busy with his phone. He replied back to me as YES can I help you.... I told him that I'm here to pick up my vehicle. He told me to take a seat and will let me know... I waited for 30mins while he was playing with his phone and never left his seat. I ended up walking to other rep and asked him that I need my vehicle. He was able to release my vehicle within 3mins. Service was done on my vehicle, but it was not washed as I told Kylan that my vehicle needs to be washed and cleaned. Anyway, I was really mad about the front desk guy name Carson, who made me waited for 30mins. I was not expecting this from Audi Parker. This will be my last time I will take my vehicle to Audi Parker. Why should I give my business to this dealership if they don't take care of their customers. Very disappointed and unhappy. Hope that their management will have a talk with Carson about this...”

“I recently bought a car here, and the great experience was something that should be replicated across the industry. The staff was attentive and accommodating, the leadership was extremely involved and just wanted to solve problems. I have purchased several cars over the years at different luxury dealers, and this was the best experience I’ve had. The general manager is actively involved in ensuring customers are treated like VIPs. As I carefully observed the staff at Audi of Parker I could see that the customers come first! This earns brand loyalty from me, and builds confidence and trust in the dealerships ability to take care of their customers.”
