“I purchased an F-150 from these guys, from out of state. It was advertised to have a bed liner, and when I asked about the exterior condition, I was told "there are no issues with the exterior or interior. Super clean truck." Upon delivery, there was no bed liner, and several large scratches down to the metal with rust in the bed. I contacted the salesman that helped me. I was ignored for many months. I even emailed other departments at this dealership, and was ignored. I explained that I needed to have the rust removed, and then a spray bedliner to bring the truck up to the advertised condition. They 100% ignored me. My out of pocket for the bedliner was $799. I asked that they reimburse me. They continued to ignored me. I was once told via text that I'd receive a call tomorrow: never happened. I explained that because I had been happy with the sales process, I would be happy to leave a 5-star review if they could just take care of the bedliner, as advertised. Zero response. Long story short, I took them to small claims court, I won, and they have been court ordered to pay me $914 (bedliner + court fees, etc). I would NEVER recommend doing business with a group that treats their customers like this. Completely ignored once they had my money. What an absolutely awful way to treat a paying customer.”
