They gave me what i wanted for my trade and had the vehicle i wanted in stock so the entire process from arriving to driving off in the new truck was just about 3 hours in total. Slight hiccup with their satellite office taking care of my trade buy out payment but other than that, very efficient and pleasant experience. That's the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5.
