“I purchased a 2014 Mazda CX 5 from DCH Paramus Honda in December of last year. While the salesman at the time who sold me the vehicle no longer works there anymore, my experience with him was good. However, as I had the car over this past year I had made some discoveries in it which I thought if the vehicle was properly inspected like I was told it was these issues would have been resolved. The first issue it had was a valve cover gasket leak. Then as I started to do regular routine maintenance on the vehicle like changing filters and things along those line. I found a rag underneath my engine filter. I removed that and the car was running better, the air quality was better as well. My brother was checking around my engine one evening in regards to the valve cover gasket leak and found a brush down on the oil pan. Most people may find this trivial or frivolous but if a dealer tells you they do 100 point or 150 point inspection on a vehicle there should not be things like this left in a car. Update to my review. DCH Honda Paramus left a reply about how they can make things right by addressing any additional issues I have with my vehicle. I have called and emailed with no reply and I think they just wrote these empty promises to save face so their business doesn't look bad. Why even write something like that if you have no intentions of making things right.”
