Mark who is in the Parts department, made sure I received my engine cover for my Atlas since they were recalled a few months ago (which I had forgotten about - Royce helped with this as well). Mostly everyone was very friendly and polite and I will be using this dealership for my VW in the future!”

“We had to have our oil changed and 20,000 mile maintenance performed on our 2024 Volkswagen Atlas at Panama City Volkswagen. Upon arrival we were informed that the time to perform all maintenance may take 2 to 3 hours. However, after waiting for an hour and 20 minutes, Matt Informed us that the work had been completed and we were ready to go. He worked diligently to get us in and out as quickly as possible. “I love how kind everyone is. My experience with any kind of maintenance from home to vehicles I have always been talked at and not to. Royce, Matt and Paula were very professional, and kind. While Royce explained on the phone to me that my vehicle may not be looked at on Saturday he did give me Matt and Roberts names to let them know Royce spoke to me and that they would try to get it done. My car was there for a short while and I received a call my car was ready to be picked up. Matt explained the part will take a while to arrive and they will call me when it arrives so we can get my car fixed. He assured me my vehicle was ok to drive. A video was sent of their inspection which was so great to receive. Paula was a pleasant woman who greeted me on my return. Robert greeted me with a smile andbfound Matt for me.
