“Rude salesmen is a guarantee that you will lose a customer. A good banter with the saleswoman was wonderful. It was expected, that’s her job.
To the salesman that decided it was a good idea to pull a super duty behind me as I was trying to back out of the customer parking and make me have to strain to try and get out. Then proceed together arrogant and cocky while he tried to intimidate me with “are you ok bro?!” “are hats the matter bro?!” And “just go out the side bro!!” All with large hand motions and lunging at me, was not great! In fact, it has not only guaranteed I won’t buy a car from your Mitsubishi dealership both today and forever, it has convinced me to at Bay Cars hires people that are unprofessional and treat customers like they are weak and that your salesmen are bullies. This guarantees that Bay Cars has also lost a customer today and forever.
Good job bud. Hope the sale you’re trying for is worth it. Hope your other customers like being treated sub human. I don’t.”

“All sales people and other employees where fantastic. I knew the car I was after from finding it on Car Fax and that is the car I drove off the lot.
Mike was exceptional with explaining who the previous owner was and any and all information about the vehicle. Nelson was very professional with explaining everything and answering all my concerns and questions.
Both men where so kind and nice.
I would recommend to anyone looking to get a vehicle to go see Mike or Nelson.
I love my Jeep Cherokee!!”

“So I went into Bay mitsubishi for the credit forgiveness sale. I was going to buy a Buick Encore, but it's sold before I got there. They showed me a Nissan versa, and even with my credit situation, they were able to get me into this car with a loan I could afford. They went above and beyond my expectations. I'm very satisfied with my salesman, Ryan Tamim and the Bay Dodge team working a miracle. Excellent customer service!”

“Had Bad experience today! 2/6/26. Went in for oil change at 7:30. Heading home around 9, my truck SMELLS of burning oil. I get home and engine bay is SMOKING! I call and leave a message (twice). I get a call back and my service writer say "Tech spilled oil but, said he cleaned it up." Can you come back so we can clean it. Back at 9:20. "SORRY" Then they pressure washed the engine. I get the truck back at 10:30. Driving home still smells and smokes!!! I ledt message for service manager. I get a call back from the service writer who says "SORRY" again. Over 3 hours of my day for an oil change and I still smell and taste the burning oil in the truck!! Video is of smoke AFTER engine was cleaned!”
