“I would not recommend getting service at Maguire’s Ford. I had service completed for my first ever CEL and they asked to complete recalls that my Edge had in addition to the service. Within moments of leaving the dealership after picking my vehicle up I had a tire pressure sensor fault indicator come on. I returned immediately to the dealership and was told this was strictly a coincidence and that them removing my wheels to complete the recall work had nothing to do with the sensor fault and even has the audacity to say they could fix it for $120. The dismissiveness of the situation by the service department did not sit well with me. They acted as if it was impossible that they could’ve done anything to cause it and that it was a complete act of God coincidence. I went from never having a light on for anything to having a second light within minutes of leaving a service at Maguire’s Ford.”
