I originally inquired for a 2017 Ford escape and he took it upon himself to get back to me with a 2024 ford escape that was more reliable and not much of a price difference from the 2017. He took time to go over both options with me but I really appreciated his thought and effort to go above and beyond. Definitely will continue to stay a client at this dealership!
