“The service department used to be the best around. Sadly that is not the case today. I have used them for years and didn't mind paying outrageous prices for it. But the last three times I took my vehicles there, things have gradually gotten worse. After taking my 4runner in for rear axles seals and an oil change, they decided to adjust my steering wheel without consulting with me...and in the process broke my rack and pinion. Then did no align it after doing this...then tokd me it was ready. I had my faughter pick it up and she almost wrecked it on her way home...because the steering was so loose. They put my daughter at risk by letting her drive it at al...and they lied to me. There is far more to this and more details.. The other two time were similar..took my Jeep in to get it aligned...and they broke it too. Never aligned it. Made excuses The third time...i called to schedule service and i was told i walould be put on the schedule...two weeks after waiting..nothing. thus is when I decided to call the person of contact I worked with there and tell them I would no longer be using this dealership for anything. The service is terrible le and I don't trust them at all”
