In written paperwork that they would replace DVD player. Vehicle bought March 21, 2025. This is December 19th, 2025. After ordering the wrong part multiple times, and having our vehicle there multiple times, there was no effort to rectify the the problem. So we have once again taken it back down there, and once again the wrong part has been ordered. They told us the part would be in on Wednesday and this is Friday, and the gentleman was rude and said they would contact us when it came in. Will not buy from them again. Disappointed in their customer service.

The folks who handled the sale of the Nissan rogue went above and beyond in helping us walk out the door with a vehicle. Highly recommend giving them a chance if your looking for a vehicle. Great selection of new and used cars.

Took my truck in for an airbag recall and service. The service department cracked my dash while replacing the airbag. That happens. What shouldn’t happen is they didn’t tell me on arrival of the crack and after 3+ weeks of calls, texts and a few physical deliveries of the truck the service manager (Greg) never once contacted me for even a conversation. This is deplorable behavior for supposedly reputable dealership. Totally dissatisfied and recommend anyone think twice about service at Royal Oaks Chevrolet in Paducah, KY. They got a one star from me so I could write this review. If I could have, I’d give them a zero!

Big time take advantage of women, and those who don't understand car buying very well. I went with my mother in law, after finding out she purchased a 30k suv with a 730 credit score, and was given a 19%Apr. She wanted me to help her get a different car after I told her that was an absurd apr for her credit. We went in and spoke with the manager today, who called himself "the boss". He apologized for the egregious apr/deal she had gotten months ago, and said it would have never happened had he been there. He then told her that her best option to get a better payment was to buy a new car from here, then voluntarily surrender her suv later and take the credit hit. I couldn't believe it. Other than that, their selection of vehicles is garbage, and their prices are absolutely insane, while other chevy dealers within 100miles are significantly lower on their new car prices, most with 5-10k under msrp. This place is a joke. Go here for your very own purchase of a vehicle that is overpriced, and get yourself a disgusting deal. If anyone doesn't know, these dealers use what's called a "buy-rate" which is where they apply for financing for you, and once a bank approves, they elevate the apr to increase profits. My mother in law was likely approved for a 7-8%apr based on her credit, and they up'd it to 19% because they knew she would do it since she's not very knowledgeable with car buying, they then get to keep the extra 11-12% every payment. Negotiate your apr always! Or even better, go through your own bank first to have a hard approval and know what you can get, then have the dealer beat the offer. Moral of the story...these people at this dealership are absolute crooks. Don't go here.

I’ve had mixed reviews for Royal Oaks over the years if you’ve ever read any of my other reviews. But after some thought I’ve come to realize that if you need a car they’re going to work hard to get you one and the kind your really looking for. They gave me a very fair price on two trade-ins . I have may have thought I paid a little too much for my vehicle. But they got me the one I wanted. I’ve had I have sent friends there when they needed cars. They came home happy with cars. Right now I’m reminding myself to call Joe on Monday because I just met a new lady who is looking for an SUV and I know he’ll work hard to get her one . That’s just the bottom line they are doers ! I really appreciate that ! For that they really should 5 five stars because they get the job done ! And the service department people have always been very nice to me. Need a new car?
