We literally showed up to finalize and were on our way back home. Location is easy to find and clean. Offered our family snacks and drinks. Highly recommend. “I have always hated dealerships. I hate the whole experience. The pushy salespeople, the negotiating, the whole thing. I needed a new car and was seriously dreading having to go through the process.
I found the car I wanted and it was listed at James River Ford in Ozark. Much of my communications with Ashley, my salesperson, was via text because I’m a nurse and can’t readily talk on the phone. I work 12 hours a day, 5 days a week in Branson but live in Ozark. Ashley brought the car to me at the end of her day so that I could test drive. We had very little time to spend signing the papers once we got approved, so she streamlined it so it was straightforward and fast. Then, she delivered the car to my house and when I arrived, it had a huge blue bow on it.
I just sobbed.
This whole process felt like a private sale. I never felt pushed, pressured or taken advantage of. I felt like I was actually cared about. She even got me a lower rate and payment ONCE I agreed to another set of terms!
I would never recommend a dealership….except this one. Go here. Ask for Ashley. You’ll be treated well, they’ll literally do whatever they can for you and you’ll make. a friend out of it. I sure did!

“We worked with Justin to get a new vehicle after a bad accident. He could tell that we needed to feel very safe in our next family car. He was great at hearing the features we were looking for and price we needed. He answered all our questions. We ended up with an amazing new vehicle. The dealership had snacks (I was coming from work) and all the people were super friendly. The finance guy walked my husband through all the details. Probably the best car buying experience we’ve had. There was zero pressure and that’s a big deal to me.”
