“First I want to state that our vehicle was sublet to Lunghamer as we purchased our Ford used from another brand dealer. But that didn’t stop Lunghamer and especially Jason in Service department at the Perry location. To go above and beyond for us as if we were lifelong customers. Jason had our vehicle for just about 5 weeks and maintained communication almost every single day of the week! Unmatched customer care and service. He was very transparent and honest, always looking out for my pocket while dealing with our 3rd party warranty company. Almost 2 weeks of the service time was Jason constantly negotiating with the warranty to company to hold up their end of the deal and cover every component that needed to be fixed. He made sure it was done and done right the first time. Lunghamer service and technicians replaced the transmission, timing chains, guides, cam phasers and heater core coolant hoses on our Ford Expedition. All repairs are great and vehicle is running phenomenal. I highly recommend Lunghamer of Perry and Owosso for any service needs! Everyone throughout the dealership is welcoming and very friendly.
