“When first coming to check on the SUV I seen it on the website and decided to pop up to check it out. It was being service and I spoke with Landon he gave me the run down of everything that was going on. He said it might be done in a week that week came and went plus a few more so I called for an update and it was still out for service but he told me if I was still interested I would be first on his list. In the mean time I was shopping around at other dealerships just looking at other vehicles but everthing I looked at was overpriced or had problems the dealership didnt want to fix. I like that Reels was a place close to home and seemed like the people I wanted to deal with. That was actually fixing the cars if they need be not just putting whatever on the lot. When the SUV was finally ready I did take it for a test drive and drove it hard like I would drive my own vehicle and did manage to blow a cooling cap/hose off the fitting. They came picked me up and said they would look at it and get back to me which they did. The second test drive i tried again to make whatever could go wrong happen but to no avail eveything ran and worked perfect. I ended up buying the SUV that same day. Well the window did have a crack and they replaced it for free so I picked it up a few days later. But they are top notch guys and I'm glad I didnt rush into the buying process and waited to get exactly what I wanted. I also got a good deal from watching the market I seen the vehicle was way under marked... ~Michael”
