“Worst first vehicle buying experience in my life. I asked for a Silverado with a V8 and the salesman keeps bringing out turbo max’s and everything but a V8 and trying to sell it to me. I found one I liked on the computer and the salesman said we could “order it”, I was at the dealership from 1 until after closing to find out at the very last steps on the paperwork on the “brand new” Silverado that it has 2500 miles. I got no discounts for it being that many miles, my oil change is already at 50%. They told me they loaned it to people who worked at the dealership if they had car problems. It also didn’t help that Melissa in finance was getting really rude when I questioned the interest rate we already agreed on because it went up .3%, all she was worried about was going home because it was past closing. Then I get told the day it’s supposed to be delivered that it’s being loaned out to some random person getting their vehicle worked on. When I called the dealership to explain all of this to Tyson, he acted all clueless like it’s normal and saying 2500 miles is brand new. Brand new is test drives only meaning under 100 miles or 200 miles not an across country trip and back. Everyone at that place is a bunch of con artists and doesn’t know what brand brand new is. Then my truck showed up with a scuff mark, probably from the person they loaned it to. Somebody also left paperwork in the truck for who it was loaned to and all their contact info and what they were having worked on.”
