“Use Central Florida Chrysler Dodge only as a last option. My experience to date has been deeply disappointing. To my surprise, at the moment of signing the contract, the numbers were changed and nearly $10,000 in dealer fees were added, completely contradicting and breaking the initial agreement that had been made in good faith. In addition, as part of that same agreement, the main condition for moving forward with the purchase was that the dealership committed to delivering the vehicle with automatic running boards installed. The finance representative clearly stated at the beginning that these would be included at no cost; however, in the end, they were added to the total price, which had already been altered. It has now been 7 weeks, and I have never received a call to install the running boards. The vehicle is very tall, and it is extremely uncomfortable—and even physically taxing—to climb in and out of it every time it is used. This is precisely why the running boards were a key condition for my decision to purchase the vehicle. After contacting the sales assistant on three separate occasions and requesting a refund for the running boards, I was told that they had arrived and that I could bring the vehicle in for installation. Later that same day, I was contacted again and informed that the running boards ordered were incorrect, and that the issue would be resolved the following day after speaking with the manager. I was told not to worry. I was never contacted again. In the end, I was left with a purchase price higher than what was agreed upon, no running boards installed, and the dealership retaining the money I paid for them. When I requested a refund so I could purchase the running boards on my own, they refused and provided various excuses to avoid returning the money. I understand that once a vehicle purchase contract is signed at a dealership like this, the customer is left in a very vulnerable position, where real oversight and accountability seem to be nonexistent. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was an unethical and extremely frustrating experience that I feel is important to share so others do not go through the same situation.”

“I would give it zero stars if it was an option. Staff with a few exceptions is only helpful when you are walking in with money. Once they have your money good luck getting help. I purchased a 2024 jeep grand wagoneer l series 3 obsidian package in March of 2024. For over a year I had issues with the vehicle which resulted in FCA doing a lemon law buyback. I was told by FCA to cancel my warranties which was done immediately. It was approved and cancelled by dealer general on 9/18/25. The buyback itself took place in October. I have been trying to get the money that is owed to me back from the dealership. I keep speaking to a kayoni and she keeps giving me every excuse and follows with you will receive it next week. Being told that last on November 19th. Here we are in December and I still do not have money owed to me that should have been processed in September. This is extremely unprofessional. I have spoken to multiple people and submitted the link to contact the GM with no luck other than apologies not being followed by actions. As a mopar guy, have been one my entire adult life, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.”

“My current Jeep is a 2016 75th year anniversary model of the Wrangler that was in excellent condition with very low miles of use because I am a disabled senior on a fixed income. I have purchased 2 jeeps from this place and by my experiences since the original service manager Randy I met in 2007 retired they have become the most incompetent service department I have ever had to deal with and with a history of ownership changes as well as an above average of changing of service managers also . Some of who damaged and pirated my vehicles multiple times in the past 9 years . Recently when I tried to get solutions to simply restore my vehicle to its condition it was in when given to them by going to higher powers I met a general manager more concerned with his personal life that was more interested in covering for the ones responsible and he tried to appease me with minimal compensation and the most insulting gaslighting I ever heard . When I went to another dealership to assess the damages properly because of the negligence I experienced there I was given a much more extensive list of damaged parts that the CENTRAL FLORIDA CHRYSTLER DODGE JEEP Assesment did not list on the estimate .So them when I attempted to tell him by phone to come to a solution he already knew through employee’s that were coincidentally working there that day at the other dealership when I got the accurate estimate .All I can say is that my disability prevents me from driving my vehicle off-road and I am a defensive driver that only uses it for local trips to the store and trips like going the post office wich is the reason for me only having 35 thousand miles on my odometer . Also I am a driver that doesn’t put over 150 to 200 miles on my Jeep monthly and most importantly my Jeep was driven for over 280 miles while in their possession that resulted in a blown rear and shocks , front axle casing and tire seals and more that will cost me another 10 thousand dollars besides the several thousand Central Florida CDJR has already charged me . Other damages also include recently melted headlight bubbles , a chipped rim and a dented hood on both sides while in service for an engine light . Never again will I go there even though I still own the last Jeep that I bought from them .”

“Excellent experience at central florida CDJR our sales person was Mieshia. 10/10 experience. She went straight to the point when we asked questions, zero run around. Very knowledgeable. She gave us all disclosures. Our finance manager was Henson he gave us a really positive outlook on current and future business. Great person. He didnt mess around. He was very generous and paid attention to our needs. Both are determined to make a deal. He came out and talked to us after a deal was made we walked out with a brand new 2026 Ram 1500. Those two personal are a powerhouse and great representative for the CDJR dealership and it's reputation. I cant be any happier. Thank you Mieshia and Henson for making my dreams come true.”
