I’ve brought my car to Audi South Orlando twice now, and both experiences have been consistently excellent. The service staff is incredibly professional and easy to communicate with, making the entire process stress-free. The technicians did a fantastic job with my tire replacement and rear light repair—the work is high-quality, and this is a business I truly trust with my vehicle. It’s rare to find such a reliable team that maintains this level of professionalism every single time. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for expert Audi care!

I’ve been a client of Audi South since 2014. Overall a great experience with car buying or servicing my cars. Price is competitive, the team is knowledgeable and helpful. Had feedback given in the past with a few missteps (very small things I’m particular about) and they accepted my suggestions and adjusted it to my liking. The store just got under a renovation and it looks even better. We love German cars but Audi is a fan favorite in our house because it is a trustworthy brand, safety features make us stay with the brand for more than 18 years even when living abroad. Porsche takes second place in my list, who’s also wonderful and un, but a different drive and purpose. I would recommend Gio for an even better experience. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He is delivering a real customer service, not easy to find nowadays.

I would not purchase another Audi vehicle from this dealership. The amount of deception and issues that we have had to deal with in the past year of owning our Audi SQ7 I would not recommend either. Over 14 times in service since purchase date of 6 Nov 2024, over 42 different issues with this 2025 SQ7 prestige and still no fix has been made from manufacturer or the dealership. The last few problems really showed me how well the Audi South Orlando cares for the customers. I have been bringing in our vehicle because the MMI and everything electronic has been faulty. Somewhere along the way I was unable to start my vehicle and was stuck for over 30 minutes. Once vehicle got to service department, during the service I was told I needed a vacuum hose as thats the issue causing it not to start. I have been bringing it in for same issues as well with other issues and buttons getting stuck and getting the message from service telling me “parts on backorder, (7) days and then hours later I get “ your vehicle is ready for pickup its fixed.” I show up and cannot close my drivers side door because the door lights hanging out from the bottom preventing it from closing buttons in back that operate 3rd row still dont work but was lied to telling me its fixed. Bring it up to service advisor and the response I get is, Ill let supervisor know. It is still not fixed. Prior to this incident my dash material was pealing apart and needed replaced. It cost the dealer $9,500 just to fix that itself. The questions I got asked…. Did you leave it outside!? No it is garage kept but either way it should not be pealing apart in the 1st year of ownership. The major issue is when the service advisor writes up the work order it always states unable to duplicate issue. That alone is a problem because anyone can verify the videos and photos I have accumulated since issues started. Its a weasel way out of admitting the failures in manufacturing and making it right. Service says no known issues but the very next service it has a TSB number thats associated with all the vehicles with the same issues. To me reading work orders stating the vehicle works as designed is really concerning. Too many problems and nobody willing to make the situation right. I was willing to have an even swap to get out of the vehicle with so many problems but dealer said I needed to trade it in and take a loss or go Lemon law route. Not the response I was hoping for. Oh and if you base your decisions on the car fax dont. You can pull up the service history but that just shows you’ve been there and not what the issues are and what they were supposed to fix. Yet they label it all as if it just had tire rotations and oil changes. Anyone with a bit of sense should ask, why has a brand new vehicle been in service that many times within 6months Red flags!! Having to go through this I do not want anyone else to go through what I have been going through. Be very wary of Audi South Orlando as your service place for your vehicles. Im not going to post all 40+ service tickets but I have them all with video and photos for proof of claims. I uploaded a few just to prove my point.

I have been a loyal customer but this time I had enough. These people are a bunch of scammers. They sold me a car and less than a year I’ve had to bring the car in for service twice. And they charged me so much money. The car said low oil; next thing I know they found bunch of other things wrong with the vehicle; ended up charging me $3400 for repairs. They such thieves where they wanted me to trade in the car for a value of $3000! I regretted ever doing business with these nonsense people. They’re money hungry! Avoid them at all costs!

Best Car Buying Experience in 40 Years! I’ve been buying cars for over forty years, and I can confidently say that my recent experience at Audi South Orlando was the best I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Anthony is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. He took the time to understand our needs, answered all our questions with patience, and made sure we felt confident in our decision.
