âI brought my vehicle in for a service appointment. I had explained that I had purchased a part online that was delivered to the dealership that needed to be put on. I also had a problem with the rear window not rolling up completely by using the auto up switch. While I was there I asked if I they had time for an oil change. Brad stated yes they would be able to take care of the oil change. The part was put on correctly. The window problem could not be duplicated at the time at the dealership so that was understandable. They did charge for the âworksâ package which included tire rotation with the oil change. I had just rotated the tires before bringing the vehicle in for the window and part to be put on so they rotated the tires back to where they just were. When initially speaking with Brad I had not asked about a tire rotation. When I went to pick up my vehicle I stopped by Brad and he directed me to the cashier. When I was told the price I asked the cashier about the charges she did not know what was charged and stated that I would have to talk with the service advisor about the charges and what work was done. I paid the $96.32 thinking it was a bit much for an oil change. I wanted to make sure that the window was under warranty. I talked with Brad who said the part was put on, the window problem could not be replicated, and the oil change was done. I asked if there was a charge for the window or installing the part (part installation was paid online with Ford) and he said there was no charge for the window and part installation. I was looking at the receipt the next day and it stated that there was a tire rotation so I called the service department to see if the tires were rotated and the woman (very nice and professional) that answered the phone said yes it is part of the works package. She asked if I wanted to speak with Brad, she was not sure what he would be able to do. I declined to speak with him because he had not listened to what I wanted done in our original conversation when I dropped off the vehicle. Basically I was charged for work I did not agree to during my initial conversation with Brad, and my tires are now back into the position they were just rotated from.â

âI recently made my second Super Duty purchase at Joe Rizza Ford of Orland Park. I wasn't planning on it however, my 2019 truck expired unexpectedly. As such I wasn't expecting much for a trade-in value.
I already knew what I wanted even before I entered the dealership. I was greeted by Dmitri Bowie in sales. Dmitri was polite and courteous. I explained which vehicle I was interested in as well as my situation. I wasn't able to complete my business on the first day due to other factors (nothing to do with the Sales Dept) so Dmitri agreed to come in hours early and meet with me to continue our business.
When I next met with Dmitri, I was given my trade-in value, and I thought it was acceptable. We then worked together with Gary Precin and come up a favorable agreement in no time. After which I was introduced to Sam Hammad in the Finance Department who, by the time I got to him, already had the best interest rate picked out as well as the paperwork ready for me to sign.
All in all, it was a pleasant experience, much like the first time I purchased a vehicle from Joe Rizza Ford 7+ years ago.â

âVery happy with purchase of my Ford Maverick 2025 at Joe Rizza. Adam, the salesman was courteous and helpful as well as the rest of the team. Adam was specifically helpful with setting up and explaining all technologies including downloading application and creating user account which seems to be the way to go these days whether we like it or notâŚ. I was presented with lots of good user info, got some optional offers but without any pressure to purchase. It didnât even take long from the time I walked up to Joe Rizzaâs front door until I drove off with brand new Maverick. Purchase was one overall an enjoyable experience, it was actually very much my first enjoyable, hassle free experience buying a car.... Thank You Joe Rizza!â
