“Everything started great until I wanted a second opinion. I took my 2017 GMC there to be serviced. They called and told me the issues and cost of repair, which I appreciate. They also gave me a loaner while they had my vehicle which was great. However I felt the service needed outweighed the value left in the vehicle (no fault to dealership). So I spoke with sales, they made me an offer for my truck to buy a new vehicle. They had a few options for what I was looking for. Came back the next business day to look at a specific truck and sit down with sales to get numbers. Then I went to get my truck so I could get a 2nd opinion like any person would do. I was told they test drove and verified the issues, less than 2 hours total. As soon as I said I was taking somewhere else for a 2nd opinion, I assume the service manager was visibly upset and said “well we have to charge you something otherwise someone else gets our labor for free” I did say I was working with sales on a truck they have (which I probably would have bought). I was told to work it out with sales then they charged me $410. I bought a 2026 Silverado 2500 that day, just not from them.”
