“I purchased my new C8 online. Tommy communicated with me by email and text simply and seamlessly completed my order to my specifications. He kept me apprised of the status. My purchase went faster than planned and my car arrived just over 3 months from order date as I expected 4-6 months.
I was out of the country when the car arrived but two days later I returned and rushed to pick it up. When I showed up I was a bit surprised the car presentation when I arrived wasn’t as I expected. Tommy apologized and rushed it off to be detailed. I also spoke with the GM Walter. He was a very compassionate and caring man reassuring me he wants me to be a happy customer.
Other than the small hiccup this experience was amazing. They truly wanted to make things right and they did.
This dealer has been here for 40 years in the same family. Walter and Tommy made my wife and I feel like family. I love the old school look of this dealer and am glad I chose them. Our family has grown adding them to it. Thanks for everything and this beautiful piece of art for my garage.”
