“This service department leaves much to be desired. My husband's truck has been there for over 2 weeks - and the reason they can't get to it (it was towed there) is because "he didn't have an appointment and they're working him in"- so they couldn't have MADE one in the last 2 weeks? Earlier this week they told him it was the battery despite the fact he had gotten the battery tested, and told him they could put a new one for $360! He went and got his own and they tried it and GUESS WHAT? Not the battery. I'd like to give ZERO stars, but I have to give at least one. He was 2 days away from being out of his warranty so I definitely feel that's why this isn't a priority - and he's supposed to get a loaner with it. We've been dealing with one car for over 2 weeks. Since after this, it's out of warranty, we thankfully will not be going back. I don't know why the service departments in places don't think that they need to provide any form of customer service, but it's disappointing and if I treated my clients this way, I wouldn't have a job. If you buy from used from ANY Sterling and get the extended warranty, beware the service department is a nightmare to deal with. He won't buy from them again and that's a shame, because his sales rep was great, and the selection is good. Service has to spoil it for everyone.”

“I had a great experience with this Ford dealership in Opelousas, Louisiana. From the start, Thomas Richard provided clear and accurate information that made it easy to plan my visit and know exactly what to expect. The entire process at the dealership was smooth and well organized, and Thomas was extremely helpful, professional, and pleasant to work with.
The finance process was just as seamless. Scott Hoof did a great job explaining everything clearly and made the paperwork quick and stress-free.
Overall, this was a very positive car-buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership and would gladly work with this team again.”
