“This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever experienced. The communication to keep me I formed about the stays was terrible. The text that was sent to keep up with the progress never was updated. I scheduled an appointment with the service consultant during my Christmas break so that I would not need to take time off from work to repair a fueling canister issue, sun visor issue, cab air filter issue, and an oil change. Nothing was done to the vehicle on that day. My telematics on my vehicle indicated that the vehicle was never moved until that afternoon. The consultant never informed me that the vehicle was not going to be ready, leaving me on foot for the weekend. I spoke to the consultant on Monday and asked if he would have it ready and he then informed me that they had to order parts but I could pick it up the next day. I picked up the vehicle on Tuesday. Nothing had been repaired when I picked it up. Todd, the manager, told me (and I recorded it) that he would let me know when the parts came in and that the vehicle would be repaired when all the parts were in. After the holidays, I get a call that the parts are in. I scheduled an appointment to bring it back in and inform Mr Boudreaux that my rear taillight was also out and that the lens was cracked. A week later, I drop off the vehicle. I informed Mr Boudreaux that I wanted my vehicle back that evening. He stated he understood. That evening, I called and the vehicle was not ready. The next day Mr Boudreaux called me to inform me that enterprise had wanted additional services done and that the approval for the taillight prolonged the time it took. I was never informed or given the opportunity to decide if I even wanted to do this work. I am the customer not enterprise. I spoke to the manager Todd when I picked it up and was again given excuses. I was never given an apology. If this is the way customers are treated regularly, I will never be using this dealership in any capacity in the future and plan on sharing my experience with my friends and family.
Oh and I forgot to add that my washer fluid was empty when I left.”

“We purchased a 2025 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Our salesman was Robert Shelton. Because the experience was so amazing, we purchased a second vehicle from this dealership. Sterling Chrysler has wonderful customer service. We live 2 hrs from this dealership. My jeep needed service due to some strange rattling noise. They fixed the issue on the spot so we did not have to drop off the jeep and drive two hours back and forth. Super awesome service.”

“I had saw vehicle I have been wanting on thier site but was at work, could not get to them, but did not want to lose out on the vehicle since seems no other dealership close had one I wanted. And got straight to I want it, I'm buying it, let's get started not even caring about price; When I called I was connected to Mr. Guillory and he walked me through the whole process and helped me purchase the vehicle via online and phone. Mr. Guillory was professional and courteous even with my multiple questions. Mr. Guillory kept in contact with me and explained everything as was happening. When I was not able to travel to pick up the vehicle, Sterling arranged to have the vehicle delivered to me so I had it the next day along with the paperwork. Their finance manager even explained the paperwork to me over the phone as I went through and signed it. And I feel they did not add anything extra to get more money since I didnt even care about price and gave me all the discounts they could. I am VERY pleased with the team at Stearling and appreciate their work, effort, and willingness to assist my needs.”
