“This review is long overdue, but well-deserved. Since Day 1, we've been treated like family and continue to be taken care of every step of the way. I personally seek out dealerships that focus on long-term relationships with customers and don't just forget you once you've purchased, and this dealership has done exactly that. I first referred a relative to purchase a new XC40 back in May 2024, which they provided a very smooth and straightforward experience for. Then in August 2024, they went through hoops & hurdles to make a deal with an out-of-state dealership and get me one of the last brand new 2025 Vapor Gray V60 Polestar Engineered in the country when Volvo announced that they were discontinuing it for good. Since the first purchase, I was also connected with one of their service advisors Ivan Munoz who never hesitates to take my direct call and who we've solely used for every service-related need from regular maintenance to warranty repairs to even general inquiries about vehicle functions or parts. I always appreciate the warm welcome from Fabian every time I arrive for and leave from service. Fabian also always reassures me about the great care & emphasis they place on properly washing our vehicles post-service, especially since I have full PPF and Ceramic Coating on the vehicle, and sometimes I get to meet the folks detailing the vehicle during pickup. When I'm waiting in the lounge while my vehicle is being serviced, there's always someone walking around checking in whether it is Ivan providing regular service updates or a General Manager offering water, snacks, etc. and anything else to be comfortable while waiting. Most recently, one of the General Managers Greg Johnson took great care of me, going out of his way to resolve an issue that he & his dealership had no fault in and provide a more-than-satisfactory solution that they had no legal obligation to do so purely for our satisfaction. This is truly a diamond in the rough when it comes to the full dealership experience in the auto industry, and I would happily recommend Volvo Cars Ontario to anyone else looking for a Volvo but also wanting to be treated like family long after purchasing.”
