I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked at the level of incompetence at this dealership. I brought my car in twice for the same speaker issue. The first time, they charged me for a repair that clearly wasn’t done. When I brought it back and told them the issue was still there, they promised a refund and claimed it would take 5–7 business days. During that entire time, I called repeatedly for an update and got zero answers. No one could tell me anything. On the eighth day, when I finally reached a manager, he didn’t even know what was going on. That alone says everything. Two days later, the refund finally showed up. One of my visits was also for the BCM recall, which they assured me was completed correctly. That was a lie. After the heavy rain in California, it became obvious the recall was absolutely not done right. My car was heavily affected—the lights stayed on for days—and I’ve now been without my vehicle for two weeks while another Ford dealership tries to fix the damage caused by this one. Two weeks without my car because they failed to do a basic recall properly. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication. Every time I called, nobody answered, nobody called back, and I had to physically drive there just to get the smallest bit of information. It’s unacceptable. This entire experience has been draining, frustrating, and honestly feels like negligence on their part. The amount of time, money, and stress this has cost me is unbelievable. At this point, I’m seriously questioning how a dealership can operate like this.

Steve Austin - Five Stars. Needed a new truck but dreaded going through the process after a bad experience at another Ford dealership in the area. Got connected with Steve and it was professional smooth sailing from there. No BS, he was level-headed, communicative and went above and beyond to make a deal work for me within my parameters. Couldn’t be happier with my truck. Thanks Steve!

Had a great experience buying my car here. First time buying a car by myself as a girl in her 20s I felt super comfortable with discussing all my options and felt I got a great deal with them. I worked with Anthony and Joseph and they were super attentive and kind but also gave me plenty of space to think. Justin was so helpful during the numbers and was willing to work with me. And they had Angel deliver the car to me right away. I would reccomend this dealer to my family and friends as they really know how to take care of their clients.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one deserves it. Working with Steve Austin was honestly a great experience — yeah, I even joked asking if he was Stone Cold lol — but he turned out to be one of the most genuine people I’ve dealt with. Buying a premium truck like the Raptor was smooth and easy from start to finish. I had reached out to so many dealerships, even out of state, and none came close to the level of customer service and attention Steve, Justin (the GM), and Miguel in Finance gave me. Everything was done flawlessly. No pressure, no games, just straight professionalism and good vibes. This dealership has definitely earned my business for life. I can’t say that about most of my other vehicle purchases, but these guys set the bar high.

Just picked up my new car from Citrus Motors Ford and Kia– it looks absolutely stunning! I’m beyond happy with the entire experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish – smooth, straightforward, and truly customer-focused. What really stood out was how welcoming and honest the team was, right from the moment I stepped in until I drove off.
