“BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Got a car from TONY and immediately noticed issues. I reached and went back to the dealership numerous times for help and Was told to wait the 30 days for my warranty to kick in. Not even 90 days later and my car is not working so we take it to the dealership for the warranty they claimed we would have and we’re informed that the warranty is not active. I called to speak with Tony AND Jose both said they were looking into it and would get back to me and NEITHER one of they have even bothered to call me back and it’s been 2 weeks. Worst service. TONY will claim “I don’t recall your purchase” which just shows even more how poor of a salesman and customer service he and this place has. Complaint has been filed to BBB and lawyers are involved because they clearly do no want to help resolve this issues they swore to me would be okay when I initially reached out for assistance.”

“I went to buy a car with my brother, VANESSA was so helpful and offered her excellent customer service help in every step of the way. She also accompanied us to the bank and waited patiently through the process. She was amazing. You must come to Cartime if your looking for a good deal. Thank you Vanessa and Cartime for you help and service.”

“Took the afternoon off work today to look at a 2017 GMC SLT 4x4. I admit the truck is clean and Carfax has it reported as no accidents. Carguru does say it is priced 3.5k below market value at 29.5K. With a closer look i see that the truck is branded z71 in two places but lacks the grill brand and running board brands. Also on the drivers side there was recent frame and suspension work E/B fresh black paint. I asked for the fake brands to be removed but they wouldn't because it might damage the paint.
In negotiation with Tony he referenced the Carguru price. Of course i pointed out the false advertisement claiming it was z71. Showed him in the profile how they claim the truck has a DVD system and off road package as well. I told him this affects the Cargurus assessment of the price by at least 3.5K possibly more. Of course he didn't want to hear that.
He kindly provided a final offer price breakdown to take with me. After all the BS fees like (theft deterrent stickers1400K) it was 36K. How on earth can a dealership charge 7K over the the advertised price? And this was us paying cash.
On the way home i called the dealership in WA where it was before coming to CA. They couldn't give me photos of the truck but said it did not meet their safety standards and was sent to auction.
I would never do business with the shady dealer, id rather buy new and avoid the regrets.”
