“Kayla did a great job checking me in. Very appreciative that I had my mileage (she didn’t have to walk back out in the cold and speeds up service). Very personable and professional. She initiated a scratch off offer hoping for a percentage off my bill (still got a $5 off next oil change). She then noticed I had points to use and suggested I could and get the entire oil change (replaced cabin filter and tire rotation) paid for with them. Score! No charge. Liked the video walk through with recommendations. Didn’t feel like I was being sold something I didn’t need. Excellent job.”

“I made an appointment and drove 45 mins to look at a vehicle that was confirmed to be there. When I got there hours early before my appointment. I was told they had just sold the vehicle that morning. They said they try to reach out to me however, I had no missed calls, messages or emails. I dont normally make reviews, but I think its disrespectful that there was not more of an effort put in to contacting me before I came. I understand that the business is to sale cars and there was no guarantee I was going to buy the car. However, I would have been more inclined to look at other options if I felt the company respected my time.”

“I had my front rotors and pads replaced on my 2013 F150. The pads were getting low but still stopped well. I saw the tech take it out for a test drive and then my appt was done. I called the shop and left a message because now I have to pump the brakes to stop. I asked if they could bleed the brakes. No call back. I didn't go back because they were closing soon and I had birthday dinner plans. My birthday. I called the next day and was told that the manager said I needed a flush because they didn't touch anything that messed with the fluid. The pads and rotors were replaced. It's recommended to bleed brakes after these are replaced. I will not pay extra for them to do a flush when they could just bleed the brakes to finish a brake job. Flushes on older vehicles are often not a good thing to do. I will not go back there. Be careful if you have a basic job done there. Edit. Took brakes apart and the inner pads were put on the outside. Look at the uneven wear on the new pads.”

“I'm from the West Coast and it was such a different experience, I just walked in off the street with some accessories I needed for my new tow vehicle and Dahl was able to take care of everything in a couple days. Back on the West Coast it would've taken a couple months, I also got to talk to the mechanic multiple times about the difficulties with the accessories; back on the West Coast the Ford dealerships never let you talk to their mechanics. And the price was amazing, best experience at a dealership in last 50yrs.”
