“I recently purchased a 2019 Ford F250 privately. The vehicle had 58k miles. The owner was able to get me a warranty transfer for $50. I had my second occasion to visit Saybrook Ford of CT's service department. I am once again impressed with Bill and Paul. The first visit, Paul informed me of a recall and replaced the steering rack under warranty. This was a pleasant surprise as I was unaware of the recall. Recently, I made an appointment to have my snow tires mounted. An email from Saybrook Ford recently touted their competitive pricing on tires for next season. Bill had 3 recommendations with pricing for me on arrival and was very knowledgeable about the products and pricing. I was shocked that their pricing was better than my preferred internet and local tire chains. The cost to swap my snows that are mounted on rims was only $46 with tax! Based on my two visits, and the professional knowledge of Paul and Bill, I will be servicing this vehicle at Saybrook Ford, where it was originally sold to the previous owner. As an aside, all of the employees that I came in contact with were "long termers", which is a good indocator of dealership quality. I highly recommend Saybrook Ford's service department. Tell Bill and Paul that Ralph sent you!”

“If I could give this place a negative star I would. The General manager was nothing but a liar. Told me I was getting more for my trade. Came out to be 3k less than I was told. Excuse after excuse as to the finance guy moved numbers around and didnt. Asked for a spray in bedliner and cover. They added 3 other services that cost me an additional 3k. Found a few paint defects that still have not been taken care of on a $115000 truck. It was there 3 times and still is the same. I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy. I am to the point I will be contacting Ford and Rousch directly.”

“My husband recently purchased a brand new Ford Raptor from Saybrook Ford and I can’t say enough about the incredible experience we had working with Andrew, the General Manager. From the very beginning, Andrew was patient, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.
Even though my husband had several local dealerships closer to us (in New York) he chose to make the four-hour round-trip drive to work with Andrew because he came so highly recommended by friends—and it was absolutely worth it. His knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service are unmatched. He made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable, which is something you don’t always find when buying a vehicle.
