“I loved my experience at Mike Reichenbach Chevy. Trent was a fantastic salesman. He took time to look at our shirts and comment on the dogs and try and get to know our personalities. No pressure pushing a product. Just showed us whatever we wanted and discussed the different options. Told us his personal experience with the vehicle. Ensured we had every answer to the question we had. John was discussing our trade-in and joking around about the reasons why. Great dealing with him on the financial plan. Never pushed a product only recommended them. Ensured everything was the way we felt comfortable with our purchase and never had an issue. Highly recommend them to everyone I see.”

“I recently brought my Trailblazer in for service, and I had a great experience. My service adviser, Franklin, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. He kept me updated with several phone calls throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure I understood every step.
When my backup camera stopped working, Franklin didn’t just settle for the standard solution he actively looked for ways to reduce my cost. He worked closely with his manager and even contacted General Motors to ensure I received the best service possible at the lowest price.
I highly recommend the service department at Mike Reichenbach Chevrolet. I’ll confidently refer all my friends and family. Outstanding service!”

“I have to say that for the first time since owning a Chevrolet, this will be the first time that I have ever been disappointed. When I purchased my Silverado in 2022, I was persuaded to purchase a warranty coverage which I did. It was a good offer and I wanted the extra support for my truck. Three weeks ago, when my emission and parking assist trouble light came on, I coordinated with my dealership to have fixed. It should been a no brainer but it became a very distasteful experience for me. I took my truck to jiffy lube because the oil that my Chevrolet dealer was using had me coming every month to have my truck service for oil change. I am an independent claim adjuster and property inspector. Jiffy lube provided me with the synthetic oil that gave me an extra month with oil life. So instead of every month, I was having oil change every three months. My service provider, Jeff continue to ask me for receipts from jiffy lube as the warranty department needed. I provided documentation that I used Jiffy Lube for the past 90 days and still was not enough. They wanted the actual repair slips. So the warranty department and my dealership were at a standstill where I had to turn down jobs because I did not have my equipment that were in my truck. After three weeks, despite that I had purchased protection from my dealership, I told my service coordinator to repair the truck. The total costs was $3,400.00 which I had no choice to pay. Very disappointing because my dealership did not back me up on agreement they convince me to purchase nor taken any steps to rectify or minimize this incident where I did not have to pay for the repair. I felt that my dealership left me out to dry. Not disappointed with my service coordinator Jeff but definitely with the dealership.”

“I recently purchased a GMC Terrain and had an amazing experience! Brian and Danielle were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. They made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. I truly appreciated their professionalism and how easy they made everything.
I highly recommend this dealership and especially Brian and Danielle if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience!”

“VERY UNPLEASANT experience with a salesman this past Monday. Went in with my mother to look at the Trax and Trailblazer, salesman wanted to talk finance first and I told him we wanted to test drive before we talked money. Was IMMEDIATELY given an attitude and told that I can’t talk to him that way. I told him we were undecided on a vehicle and it didn’t make sense to talk money BEFORE we knew what vehicle we wanted. We walk outside and he proceeded to talk loudly saying, “My own daughter doesn’t talk to me like that. I don’t have to take it from you.” I told him I wasn’t your daughter and you don’t have to take anything from me, not even my business. Went down to Vaden Beaufort and gave GM 28k with Gap, the salesman a $700 commission. Don’t do business with people who can’t be professional and even tempered. I got my first car with Mike and wanted to continue to patronize their business but his associate ENSURED that wouldn’t happen.”
