“I loved my experience at Mike Reichenbach Chevy. Trent was a fantastic salesman. He took time to look at our shirts and comment on the dogs and try and get to know our personalities. No pressure pushing a product. Just showed us whatever we wanted and discussed the different options. Told us his personal experience with the vehicle. Ensured we had every answer to the question we had. John was discussing our trade-in and joking around about the reasons why. Great dealing with him on the financial plan. Never pushed a product only recommended them. Ensured everything was the way we felt comfortable with our purchase and never had an issue. Highly recommend them to everyone I see.”

“I recently brought my Trailblazer in for service, and I had a great experience. My service adviser, Franklin, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. He kept me updated with several phone calls throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure I understood every step.
When my backup camera stopped working, Franklin didn’t just settle for the standard solution he actively looked for ways to reduce my cost. He worked closely with his manager and even contacted General Motors to ensure I received the best service possible at the lowest price.
I highly recommend the service department at Mike Reichenbach Chevrolet. I’ll confidently refer all my friends and family. Outstanding service!”

“We had a disappointing experience with this dealership. The family was in the market for a Blazer EV (per Bluffton/HHI traffic) and stopped in as the dealership was local. Sales guy said they didn't have one, but would check inventory to see what was available and get back with me. They never did.
We ending up getting the Blazer elsewhere and unfortunately, our GM dual level EV cord died after three months use. I went with the unit into Reichenbach service and they sent me down the hall to parts. Parts is completely incompetent. They said, no joke, I needed to spend $12,000 as the chargers were $1k apiece and their minimum order quantity was 12x. I left and called GM EV concierge (who were wonderful) and they provided me with the part number to supply to the Reichenbach parts department. So I come in again and once parts looked the charger up, they promptly tried to charge $700+ for it. Incredulously, I had to inform this dealership that the cord had a 3 year warranty.
Parts then sends me back to where it all began, service. I make an appointment with service who tell me the cord just needs to be tested with no vehicle needed. When the service date comes around luckily I brought the vehicle as it was in fact needed for the charger warranty.
When the part comes in (free/under warranty), I get a call from the dealership looking to set a service date to get the part installed on the vehicle. I explain it's just a charger that comes in a bag and ask if I can just pick it up. So after talking with service again, I didn't need an appointment and was able to get the charger.
It's worth the drive to bypass this dealership.”

“I recently purchased a GMC Terrain and had an amazing experience! Brian and Danielle were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. They made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. I truly appreciated their professionalism and how easy they made everything.
I highly recommend this dealership and especially Brian and Danielle if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience!”

“VERY UNPLEASANT experience with a salesman this past Monday. Went in with my mother to look at the Trax and Trailblazer, salesman wanted to talk finance first and I told him we wanted to test drive before we talked money. Was IMMEDIATELY given an attitude and told that I can’t talk to him that way. I told him we were undecided on a vehicle and it didn’t make sense to talk money BEFORE we knew what vehicle we wanted. We walk outside and he proceeded to talk loudly saying, “My own daughter doesn’t talk to me like that. I don’t have to take it from you.” I told him I wasn’t your daughter and you don’t have to take anything from me, not even my business. Went down to Vaden Beaufort and gave GM 28k with Gap, the salesman a $700 commission. Don’t do business with people who can’t be professional and even tempered. I got my first car with Mike and wanted to continue to patronize their business but his associate ENSURED that wouldn’t happen.”
