“We were in the market for an additional car. We knew exactly what we were looking for, but we were struggling with dealerships selling cars out from under us even though we called to make sure the vehicle was available, and let the dealership know we were on on our way to look at the car. We found cars on-line that were already sold, and we walked away from cars because dealerships were only giving discounts if you financed with their banks AND had a trade in. Neither of which we were doing. After a being extremely frustrated and ready to give up, we thought we would try Universal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Odessa as they had a vehicle that met our criteria. I called to check availability, and my husband when to check out the car. We ended up making a purchase; however, we didn't purchase just because of the car. Justin and the finance manager went out of their way to turn our car shopping and buying experience around to a positive experience. They stayed late, so I could get out there later in the day to help finish the sale, and so we wouldn't have to return the next day to complete paperwork. Our experience at Universal was by far better than the other (rather large and big name) dealerships we had visited. When we are ready for our next car, we will visit Universal before going anywhere else.”
