“Had one of my worst customer experiences here. I went over two evenings to buy a pre-owned RAV4 they had on the lot. The first night we test drove it and had a pleasant enough interaction with one of the sales associates, Brandon. When I returned the next night to purchase the vehicle, I started negotiations/details with the same associate, and it was pleasant enough. I made an offer, and when went to 'talk to his manager', I was completely stone walled. The associate told me he was asked to go home for the night with no other explanation and left, and the sales manager was an absolute jerk to me. They apparently did not want to close any sale-- absolutely no explanation to what had just happened. The manager gave me two completely vague reasons for why he couldn't sell the car and treated me with little respect. The other sales associates there gave me side eyes and I just had to walk out. It was utterly confusing, as I had just been negotiating in good faith only two minutes before, and frustrating (and a waste of my time!). Why would they treat a customer trying to buy like this? I would have a good look at the other 1-star reviews here and see what you make of the distribution of review stars. I would avoid this place if possible-- go to a dealer that will treat you with respect.”

My sales Manager Mo worked with the Finance Manager Marlon to have everything ready, so when I arrived, all I had to do was sign the final paperwork. The vehicle and the price, along with the financing were exactly as promised, with no hidden fees or add-ons. I was out of the dealership in less than 10 minutes. “There’s a common saying online: Five-star reviews can be written by bots, but one-star reviews usually come from real experiences. Please read carefully before deciding to come here. I am sharing my personal experience purchasing a Toyota XLE at this dealership. From the very beginning, the staff aggressively pushed us to provide our credit card and make a payment, while not giving us sufficient time or opportunity to review the vehicle’s detailed specifications. Before payment, both the salesperson and the sales manager repeatedly confirmed that we were purchasing a higher-trim vehicle. However, after the payment was completed, we discovered that the vehicle provided was in fact a lower-trim version, along with an additional $500 add-on service included in the contract that was never clearly explained beforehand. When we returned to the dealership to seek clarification from a manager, the situation became even more concerning. Multiple staff members told us that the manager was “not available,” while the manager was clearly visible sitting in a glass office behind the front desk. The way this situation was handled felt deeply unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of addressing our concerns, we were treated with a lack of respect and ultimately asked to leave. This experience seriously undermined our trust. I strongly recommend future customers verify every detail in writing before making any payment, and to be extremely cautious when dealing with this dealership.”
