“My interaction was all with Eduardo who was fantastic and deserves the "Employee of the Month" award for his no-nonsense, communicative and straightforward professionalism. Audi did a good job of communicating along the way with texts and emails regarding the progress of my repair and expectations of how long it would all take.
None of us like going to dealerships for service but I will bring my car back here if anything, god forbid, happens again.”

“Update on October 31st:
They deleted their original response to my review and still haven't reached out to me. Guess it's time to file with the DMV / AG.
They did mail me a $7 check for overcharging me at the dealership for the registration, but I would rather have my correct leinholder instead.
Update on October 30th:
Emailed the address they provided in the response (which was the same email I have been messaging) days ago and still no response to that or the voicemail I left last week. What outstanding service 👏.......

Nothing but problems.... I walked in knowing exactly what car I wanted, had a pre approved loan from my credit union and said I would pay the rest in cash. Took me over 4 hours to leave after having to go back and forth with wrong paperwork. First time they came back with a price 4k over their own publicly listed price of the car, then they came back and said I was approved for their 94 month finance option, which I never asked for. Finally drove off and my plates / registration never came. Bought the car in July and temp tags expired on October 10th. Called and emailed the dealer and they didn't file all the DMV paperwork, and told me if I got pulled over they would cover the ticket costs.... finally got my plates / tags on October 24th and the registration has Ally Financials as the lienholder even though thats not my credit union. Called and emailed the dealer again, talked to three people before being transfered to a "manager" and got a voicemail that was set up with a different person's name, and still no call back. I literally walked in, cash in hand, exact car already picked out, and still have had issue after issue with this dealer.”

This was the most stress-free and joyful car-buying experience I’ve had in 20 years — the red bow says it all! 🙂 There was no haggling, just genuine care from start to finish. “I want to give a big thank you to Syed and Frank for making my first car buying experience amazing! I didn’t have much credit history as a first-time buyer, and they still helped me get a great price and a good interest rate. They really made what felt impossible, possible.
When Frank first came to the negotiating table, he told me, “You're going to walk out with that car today.” I honestly thought he was crazy but he was right! I drove off in my car that same day.
They even stayed after closing to make sure I was happy with everything and that we were taken care of. I really appreciated that. Thanks to them, I now have my dream car. I couldn’t be more grateful! Highly recommend working with them! 🚗✨”

If you come across Mujib he is the best! he went above and beyond to guide me through everything and took the time most importantly I really appreciated that they took the time to explain things to me on how they work. I very much will be back and stick to this Audi dealership
